By using ZXC Mailing you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and written in plain language. The service is provided as-is while it's in active development.
Using the service
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be allowed to use any custom domain you connect to your mailbox.
Acceptable use
Don't use ZXC Mailing to send spam, phishing, malware, or anything illegal, and don't abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
ZXC Mailing is offered without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We do our best to keep things running, but the service may change, pause, or have downtime, and we aren't liable for lost mail or data resulting from that.
Changes
