How ZXC Mailing handles your data.
ZXC Mailing is built to keep your email yours. This page explains, in plain language, what data the service handles and how. It applies to the hosted service at email.zxcinc.dev.
What we store
To deliver email we store the contents of the messages you send and receive, your mailbox settings (aliases, custom domains, members), and the account details needed to sign you in. This data is stored on infrastructure operated under zxcinc.dev and is only used to run the service for you.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not scan your mail to build advertising profiles. There are no third-party tracking or analytics pixels embedded in the app for the purpose of profiling you.
Your control
You can delete individual emails or your entire mailbox at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your mailbox data from active storage. Because email is delivered to and from other providers, copies of messages may still exist on the systems of the people you correspond with.
