Receive Email
How inbound mail reaches your mailbox.
Receiving is handled for you — there's no endpoint you call. Mail addressed to your mailbox is accepted, parsed, and shows up in your inbox automatically.
How it works
Incoming messages are routed to ZXC Mailing, which stores them and makes them available in the app instantly. You manage which addresses land in your mailbox through aliases and custom domains in Config.
Default domain
Every mailbox comes with addresses on email.zxcinc.dev. Anything sent to an alias you've created there arrives with no setup at all. You can also spin up temporary addresses for one-off signups.
Custom domain
To receive on your own domain, point its mail routing at ZXC Mailing. The simplest path is Cloudflare Email Routing: add your domain there and forward its addresses to ZXC Mailing — the in-app Custom Domain guide walks through the exact records.
Advanced: you can also use a Cloudflare Email Worker to forward raw messages to ZXC Mailing, giving you full control over filtering before mail reaches your mailbox.
